ASUS Expertbook B9 Review : ExpertBook B9450

The ASUS Expertbook B9 is explicitly designed for enterprise with its boxy design principles, a magnesium-lithium and magnesium-aluminum alloy body that protects it from minor falls and bumps. The Asus laptop weighs less than a kilogram, and it’s superb to see how ASUS has managed to fit in a 66 kWh battery in the device. The device comes with a 65W charger, and the best part is that the user can charge the laptop with either of the USB-C ports located on its left side. This is excellent news for users as they can fit in any small-sized chargers and power banks through a USB-C port if they fail to lay hands on the official charger.

The laptop has an attractive number pad embedded into the touchpad and can be enabled by tapping the top right-hand corner. While the touchpad can detect the difference between clicks and keying in numbers, it might take some time for the user to get the hang of it.

ASUS Expertbook B9 Review

The Expert book B9 is packed with smart security features for better use. There is also an IR-camera on the top bezel with which the user can use Windows Hello for quick login. There’s also a hardware killswitch for the camera. Additionally, a fingerprint scanner is located near the keyboard for authentication and a Kensington lock port so that the device can be locked on the desk.

Performance of Expertbook B9

The 14-inch screen of the ASUS Expertbook B9 is bright. However, as Windows 10 defaults to the 150% zoom feature, the screen seems big and grainy. The display has an aspect ratio of 16:9, which is excellent for entertainment and movies. The device is powered by the Intel Core i7-10510U, which is a comet lake processor meant for power-efficient mobile usage, and a 16GB RAM. Users can also get the 180-degree flex with the screen and lay the device flat on the desk. The Expert book B9 comes with excellent battery life, making it a perfect tool for people on-the-go.

The ASUS Expertbook B9 laptop is an ideal tool for an executive who frequently travels for work in the post-COVID era. The ASUS Expertbook B9 is super lightweight, powerful, and enriched with security features. It is compact enough to fit in any laptop or office bag. The ASUS Expert book B9 price is ₹102,228 ($1,391) and is available for purchase across e-commerce sites of Amazon, Flipkart, and Croma.
