After cryptically teasing through tweets, Square Enix ended the Summer Game Fest’s climax night by debuting a stunning first gameplay with Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth’s trailer. Although the trailer is exulting alternate reality-bending moves, the end of FF7 Rebirth Tifa’s trailer appears to look like a flashback era where Tifa seems seriously injured by Sephiroth in the course of the Nibelheim incident. And this has the Final Fantasy 7 Tifa fans worried.

The FF7 Rebirth game development indicates the physical edition would be split into two discs. The Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth trailer is set up in the premises of the story that began in Final Fantasy 7 Remake, contained in Midgar. Alongside Red XIII, even Yuffie will be lighting up screens with a brief presence.

Citing a stunning entry in the catalog of the saga of Final Fantasy, the producers teased players with Final Fantasy 7’s upcoming features. It will acquiesce players to explore the expansive world that takes complete advantage of the graphic fidelity of the PS5 combined with DualSenses’ distinctive features.
Square Enix has confirmed that the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth game will cozy up to an early 2024 release, at least for the PS4 version, which is a delay from its Winter 2023 release window.

There are boatloads of wild theories gallivanting around even before the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth trailer’s smoke has cleared. The trailer sure has Tifa fans completely worried with speculations arising on whether Rebirth is going to kill Tifa or even seriously cause injury to her.

A scene showcases Sephiroth murmuring, ‘Who is she?’ after he slices Tifa, as though the person fans have grown to adore, isn’t even Tifa. Some other players are holding Square Enix responsible if they save Aerith at the expense of Tifa’s demise. The original timeline has been altered as indicated which could even rule out Aerith on the deathbed.
Could Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth’s trailer be symbolizing an ominous era where another character like Tifa will be sacrificed? Could Rebirth be departing from the series as players have known it, leaving them deserted in uncharted territory?
