Fitbit Sense
It is quite hard to choose two top leading smartwatches- the Fitbit Sense and the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3. Both these smartwatches have similar features, though different approaches in primary areas. If a person is looking for efficient health and fitness tracking, then the Fitbit Sense is the right choice. If one needs a smartwatch with LTE connectivity and keeps one online all the time, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 is a perfect choice.
The Fitbit Sense has the Fitbit signature squircle design and is crafted with aerospace-grade aluminum and stainless steel material. The design is different from the Versa smartwatch counterparts with a biosensor core that gives it a more polished and high-tech look. The watch has an easy-to-use quick-release attachment system too. It has several sensors like the skin temperature sensor, electrocardiogram (ECG) sensor, and a new electrodermal activity (EDA) sensor.
Fitbit also introduced the advanced PurePulse 2.0 technology in the Sense that provides an upgraded heart-rate monitoring feature on the Fitbit Sense. The new Active Zone Minutes feature enables users to achieve their personalized target heart rate zones. Additionally, the usual Fitbit features are all included in the Sense- the comprehensive heart-rate monitoring, 20+ exercise modes, enhanced battery life of over six days, 5 ATM water resistance, activity/sleep tracking, and females health-tracking, Fitbit Pay, and Amazon-Alexa support.
Samsung Galaxy Watch
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 has a stunning design and is available in two sizes- 41 and 45mm with interchangeable bands. The 45mm variant is available in stainless steel or titanium, and the 41mm variant in stainless steel. The Samsung Galaxy Watch is available in three colors- Mystic Black, Mystic Silver, and Mystic Bronze. The battery lasts for around 2 – 3 days. The new features of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 include VO2 max, SpO2 monitoring, Running Analysis, and improved sleep tracking features.
