In this article, we will talk about how to delete old Facebook posts in bulk. There are a few different ways that you can go about doing this and some important things to keep in mind before proceeding. For one, you should make sure that the data is backed up and safe before deleting it from your account for good!

Another thing to keep in mind, deleting your old posts can be a great way to clean up your Facebook page and make it look more professional. This can be especially helpful if you’re looking for a job or trying to impress potential clients.

Finally, deleting old posts can also help protect your privacy. If you have any sensitive information stored on your Facebook profile, deleting those posts can help keep that information from being seen by the public.

So, whether you’re looking to clean up your Facebook page, protect your privacy, or want to get rid of some old posts that you don’t need anymore, we’ve got you covered! Here are a few different ways to delete your old Facebook posts in bulk.

How to Delete all Posts on Facebook

Here are the methods to delete and manage Facebook posts:

Use the Facebook Activity Log Feature

The first way to delete old Facebook posts is by using the built-in feature on the website. Go to your timeline and click on “Activity Log” to do this. This will show you a list of all of your past Facebook activity, including posts, comments, and likes.

To delete a post, hover over it and click on it. You’ll find Deselect, Archive, and Trash at the top-left, just below the navigation bar. When you are happy selecting all the posts you want gone, click “Trash” to automatically delete the selected posts from your Facebook timeline.

Delete Facebook Posts Using the Manage Posts Feature

Just like the first, this method is pretty much straightforward. Start by navigating to your profile.

Below “What’s on your mind?” you’ll find Live video, Photo/Video, and Live event.

Next to those are Filters and Manager Posts. You’d want to click Manage Posts to bring up a timeline of all your posts. Click the check boxes of the ones you want to get rid of and then click “Clear” at the bottom. This will delete all the posts you selected.

Use a Facebook Posting Tool

If you’re not comfortable deleting posts manually, you can use a third-party tool to help automate the process. One popular tool is called “Post Planner.” It allows you to schedule and delete old Facebook posts in bulk.

To use it, first, create an account and then connect it to your Facebook page. Once you’re connected, go to “Posts” and select the date range of posts you want to delete. Click on “Delete Posts,” and they’ll be removed from your timeline!

How to Manage Your Posts in the Facebook App

In the Manage section of Facebook settings, you can delete, archive, or restore content. This feature is currently only available on the Facebook mobile app.

You may delete, archive, or restore anything in the Manage section of Facebook settings. This feature is presently available solely on the Facebook mobile app.

Start by clicking the menu icon in the lower right corner of your screen.

On the next screen, click “See Your Profile.”

You’d want to click on the three dots (…) just beside “Add story.”

Next, select Activity Log in the Profile Settings list.

Select Manage Your Posts At the top of the activity log.

This will prompt a list of all your posts to appear.

Select the checkboxes next to all the posts you wish to trash and select “Trash.”

Accessing and Downloading Your Facebook Information

If you wish to download your Facebook information, sign in to your account and click on the last icon on the top-right beside the Notification icon.

From the dropdown, select “Settings and privacy” and then “Settings.”

In the left column, select “Privacy” and then “Your Facebook Information.”

Next, you want to click on “Access Profile Information.”

Scroll to the bottom where you’d find “Download your information.” Click on it.

Next, select the media type in the “Select file options” section.

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select “Request download.”
