With every update made to Android devices, Google goes far to create Android Easter eggs. It’s a really cool feature in which you can play little games or discover a hidden egg inside your phone.
All the Android versions come with Android Easter eggs. There is an Android 13 Easter egg, an Android 12 Easter egg, an Android 11 Easter egg, an Android 10 Easter egg, an Android 9 Easter egg and so much more.
How to find Android Easter Eggs
Here, we will walk you through the process of finding these Android Easter eggs on your phone. We will provide steps for the Android 13 Easter egg, Android 12 Easter egg, Android 11 Easter egg, and Android 10 Easter egg.
Android 13 Easter Egg
- To find the Android 13 Easter egg, you will have to go to your Settings.
- After this, navigate and click on “About phone.”
- Search through the options to find the “Android version” option. Then, click on that option, and you will be taken to a different page.
- You should continuously tap on the “Android version” to write quickly.
- A clock will appear once you have tapped correctly. You will need to move the hands of the clock until you get to 1 o’clock.
- After this has been done, your screen will get some colorful elements of various sizes.
- You can hold onto your screen and watch the elements turn into different emojis.
- To get another emoji, you can repeat the same process by long pressing your screen.
- To get color cards as part of your Android Easter egg, you can hold on to your home screen wallpaper.
- Next, you will see a pop-up menu, click on widgets.
- Then, select “Android widgets.” After this, you will see a paint chip widget.
- Drag and drop it to your home screen. You have your first color card.
- You can reduce the size and add more color cards using the same process.
Android 12 Easter Egg
- To find the Android 12 Easter egg, you’ll locate and open the Settings app.
- Next, you will navigate and click on “About phone.”
- Then, select “Software version.”
- Repeat the same process of tapping continuously on it. This should result in a clock being displayed on your screen. Move the hands of the clock to get to 12 o’clock.
- Next, the “12″ logo will appear with bubbles. And you will see the Android S Easter egg.
Android 11 Easter Egg
- To get the Android R Easter egg, there are two parts to the process.
- The first gives you access to see the 11 logo, while the second gives you access to a game.
- To complete the first, you will have to open the Settings app.
- Then, navigate and click on “About phone”, and select “Android version.”
- Afterwards, continuously tap on it and a volume dial will show up on your screen. Move the dial three times until it gets to its maximum. If done correctly, you should see the “11” logo with a cat sign at the bottom.
- For the second part of this, you will have to press and hold your power button tightly. This will provide a control menu.
- From this menu, tap on the three dots next to the “Home” option.
- After this, click on “Add controls”, then select “See other apps” from the options.
- Next, click on “Cat controls” and check all the boxes with a water bubbler, food bowl, and toy.
- Save your options and you will be taken to the power menu screen.
- After this, you can play the game by filling in the water bubble by swiping across it and attracting the cat by clicking on the food bowl or toy.
Android 10 Easter Egg
- This is also referred to as the Android Q Easter Egg. To find the Android Q Easter egg, you’ll open the Settings app.
- Then, navigate and click on “About phone” and select “Android version.”
- Next, continuously tap on it until the “10” logo is seen.
- Some elements will appear on the screen, and you can drag them around as you like.
- You can also rotate them by clicking on them, or you can spin them by long pressing on them.
- You can also rotate and drag “1” into “0.” This in turn combines to form “Q.”
- Once you tap on the “Q” logo a bit, a nanogram game will open up for you to play.
