The two Realme 9 Pro models are in the market and we can see the two phones that are very well equipped and they offer some great characteristics. These two phones are Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+. In this article, we will present the Realme 9 Pro review in order to show you the real advantages of this phone. Let’s start.Â
The overall designÂ
The Realme 9 Pro has a very distinctive design and a good camera island. It has sharp edges all around and a very comfortable grip. There are two colors that you can choose from, and these are Midnight Black and Sunrise Blue. If you go for Sunrise Blue, you will notice that the color changes under direct sunlight. The blue color turns red, and this is also possible if you expose the phone to strong indoor light.Â
When it comes to the Midnight Black color, the phone surface attracts the fingerprints and these are very visible. This is because of the plastic materials that are used in the production.Â

Which Realme 9 Pro model will you choose – The Midnight or the Sunrise?
The power and volume keys are positioned adequately and you can reach them easily. The position of the SIM card tray is on the left side, while the positions of the speaker grille, 3.5mm jack, and USB-C connector are on the bottom side.Â
The display is 6.6-inch large and the front side of the phone is very simple. There is a punch-hole for the selfie camera in the upper-left corner and this is where the front design ends. The bezels are quite thin on the top and on the sides, while the bezels on the bottom are slightly thicker.Â
Performances
With Realme 9 Pro 5G, you get the LCD panel that offers 1080 x 2412px. This is packed in a 6.6-inch display. The display offers 461 nits, and when it is in Auto mode, it reaches 567 nits. This is a standard for the average IPS screen and it is enough for some average performance of the screen when you want to read outdoors or play some games.Â
When it comes to the refresh ratio, Realme claims it applies the different refresh ratios for the different presentations. It ranges from 30Hz for static images all the way to 120Hz for demanding games and videos.Â
If we consider the battery life of this Realme 9 Pro device, we can say it offers good value for money. There are significant improvements when we compare this phone with the previous Realme 8S 5G and the Realme 8 Pro. In this case, the Realme 9 Pro has a big 5,000 mAh battery that is large enough to provide the endurance of 134 hours. This is possible thanks to the good video playback and web browsing runtimes.Â
The phone uses the same charging technology as the previous Realme models, and this is the DartCharge 33W technology. This is a budget solution and it is way behind the competitor’s Xiaomi solution that helps battery charge much faster. However, for this price range, you get 52% of battery juice back in 30 minutes, which is not that bad.Â
The camera used in this phone is a 64MP main camera that is combined with the 2MP macro unit. There is also a 2MP depth sensor and a usable 8MP camera with an ultrawide lens. The quality of the pictures is good, especially when you use the Expert function which allows you to experiment with ISO, focus, exposure, and other important elements.Â
SummaryÂ
The Realme 9 Pro price is about $350, and for this price, you get a decent phone with excellent battery life and good features. It is not the best in this price range, but it is certainly a well-packed option that you should consider next time when you need a good phone.Â
