Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra: Design and Dimensions
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra maintains a similar design to its predecessor, with slightly reduced curved edges to maximize screen real estate. Featuring a premium build with rounded edges, the rear camera lenses are positioned in the top left corner.

In terms of dimensions, the S23 Ultra measures 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.9mm, which is nearly identical to the S22 Ultra’s measurements of 163.3 x 77.9 x 8.9mm. However, the S23 Ultra is slightly wider and heavier, but these differences are not noticeable by everyday users.
