Importance of Larger Selection
Helio Strap depends on sport-specific algorithms to track effort and recovery more precisely and that is why broader selection matters. The Helip Strap with its heart rate accuracy and HRV features does give added advantage for strength and endurance athletes, but now tih the right sport mode even the post-training metrics can be more meaningful. With these enhancements, post-workout data becomes more meaningful, particularly for strength and endurance athletes who rely on accurate insights.
Pool swimming is notable as water-based workouts often demand a more rugged sensor setup, this show Zepp Health is confident in the Helio Strap’s water resistance and algorithm tuning for aquatic environments.
Custom workout access
Now with the update the wearer will have better control over workout access. You can even customize and create a list of favourite training modes in the Zepp Health app. These favorite modes are easier to access directly from the Helio Strap, cutting down on taps and getting you into action quicker.
The new update now has improved activity detection. According to the company, the underlying algorithms have been refined to boost responsiveness and accuracy, implicating that the strap will better recognise when a session starts and ends, and maybe adjust its auto-detection or calorie estimates accordingly.
