The Final Fantasy 14 is a multiplayer online game of role-playing, which was developed and released by Square Finx. The game was directed as well as produced by Naoki Yoshida and was released across the world as Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 3 versions in August 2013. The game, popularly known as the Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, is a successful replacement of the 2010 version of the set of the same name.
The Final Fantasy 14 game takes place in the land of Eorzea. The conclusion of the original game features the dragon Bahamut escaping from the lunar position to begin the Seventh Umbral Calamity. This is an apocalyptic circumstance that eventually destroys a significant portion of Eorzea. However, with the blessing of the Gods, the player character escapes, and time travels five years into the future. With Eorzea recovering and rebuilding itself again, the player will have to deal with an impending threat of a massive invasion by the Garlean Empire from the northern end.
